is a modern twist on Hatha Yoga--a traditional practice of physical
postures dating back 500 years. Today's Hot Yoga is designed to
get you in possibly the best shape of your life.

Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga burn up to 1,500 calories
per 90-minute class. You'll work your entire skeletal,
muscular and cardiovascular systems.
So, instead of just working out, you work out from the
inside out.
