So, What is Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga is a modern twist on Hatha Yoga--a traditional practice of physical postures dating back 500 years. Today's Hot Yoga is any yoga practiced in a hot room and designed to get you in possibly the best shape of your life.

Hot Hatha Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga can burn over 1,000 calories per 90-minute class. You'll work your entire skeletal, muscular, and cardiovascular systems. So, instead of just working out, you work out from the inside out.
