HOT HATHA YOGA
Inspired by Bikram's 26-posture series, our 60-, 75-, and 90-min classes offer a variation of the traditional, isometric postures with a focus on alignment.
All skill levels; heated class
HOT POWER VINYASA YOGA
Combining various postures in a contiuous flow, called a "Vinyasa", this style of yoga focuses on building strength and stamina during an intense cardio-workout.
All skill levels; heated class
NON-HEATED YIN YOGA
Different from more vigorous styles of yoga, Yin yoga consists of passive postures for deep stretching of connective tissues and fascia to enhance the mobility of joints.
All skill levels; non-heated class.
There is no pre-registration or class-reservation necessary. Please bring a waterbottle, yoga mat and large towel for every class. |
