Jill Allen
In 2005, Jill left her corporate life in The Bay Area to pursue a daily personal practice of yoga while setting new roots in Portland, OR. She then began immersing herself in yoga workshops with as many inspiring yogis as she could find. It was during this process that her path became clear. Jill discovered a deep desire to share her joy, love and passion for yoga with others. She's been happily focused on this ever since.

During the past six years, Jill has completed and led numerous teacher trainings, attended a myriad of yoga and massage-related workshops, and graduated from The Oregon School of Massage. She has guided countless hours of inspired power vinyasa classes that encourage students to dive deeper into their practice. Off the mat, Jill has a passion for travel, hiking, trail running, exploring the world and capturing it all on film!   She consistently wears a smile on her face and brings that smile into the yoga room, incorporating laughter and a sense of joy into each yoga class.

Jill's intention is to cultivate yoga experiences that calm and clear the mind through awareness, breath, and movement. She brings enthusiasm and playfulness to each class through creative, flowing sequences, matched with powerful music, yoga philosophy and healthy physical alignment.   Jill loves the ability of yoga to cleanse the mind and body which allows for presence of being.
